How do I cancel an order on tinytrenz.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@houseofutsavonline.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line. In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email.
Return Policy:
At houseofutsavonline.com, we provide a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process for non-personalized products. Requests must be communicated to our team within 7 working days of receiving the order. Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
If you receive a product that appears damaged, or if the package shows signs of tampering or damage before opening, we request you to refuse delivery and hand the package back to the delivery executive.
Please note that returns or exchanges are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
While houseofutsavonline.com takes utmost care to ensure every product meets quality standards and reaches you safely, there may be rare instances where fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Refund Policy:
In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made within 5-7 working days back to the same payment source used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
