Shipping & Delivery Policy
houseofutsavonline.com is dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of packaging quality. All prepaid orders are dispatched on the next working day and are generally delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of shipment. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed via phone call before being dispatched on the same or the following working day.
Orders are shipped throughout the week during regular business hours, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and timely delivery, houseofutsavonline.com works with trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Rs. 50 is charged for cash on delivery orders.
- Relevant GST % is already added to your product total. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 - 6 working days (major cities).
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.
Time frame for order from dispatch date:
- Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days
- Rest of India: 5-7 working days.
COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company's end for processing.
What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at support@houseofutsavonline.com mentioning your Order ID or call us at Ph: +91- 70113 36108 (10 AM - 6 PM)
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
